Terms of service.

These terms apply to services provided by Love Me LLC ("Love Me Creative"). Project-specific details (scope, deliverables, dates and price) are confirmed in your quote, invoice or contract, which take priority if anything differs.

Quotes and deposits

Most services are quoted after a setup call. Deposits are paid upfront to reserve your date and are refundable.

Monthly retainers

• The first month is paid upfront. After that, retainers continue month to month.
• To end a retainer, give 60 days' written notice (email or text is fine).
• Content typically begins arriving within about two weeks of sign-up.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or move a shoot.
• With less than 48 hours' notice, the shoot counts toward that month (for retainers) or may be charged.
• We always prefer to reschedule rather than cancel.

Weather

Weather is outside anyone's control. If conditions make a shoot unsafe or unworkable (especially drone and twilight shoots), we'll reschedule at no extra cost.

Travel

Travel is quoted per trip based on distance, time and logistics. Meals during travel days are expected to be covered by the client unless agreed otherwise.

Usage rights

Ownership is shared. You may use all delivered content for your own purposes, including paid advertising, with no additional fees. Love Me Creative keeps the right to use the work in its portfolio, website and social media.

Delivery and turnaround

Content is delivered through an online delivery link (and, for some wedding packages, a drive or USB). Typical turnaround: photo shoots about 2 weeks; OCB shows 3 weeks max; weddings 4–10 weeks by package; other projects as quoted.

Drone operations

Drone work is performed by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot and follows FAA rules and venue restrictions, which may limit or prevent flight in some locations.
