How fast will I get my content?
Photo shoots: about 2 weeks or less. OCB shows: 3 weeks max. Weddings: 4–10 weeks depending on the package, with rush delivery available. Retainer content starts arriving within about 2 weeks.
Do you travel?
Yes, anywhere, including internationally. Travel is quoted per trip based on distance and time. Within about two states we usually drive; beyond that we fly. Food on the job is expected to be covered.
Who owns the photos and videos?
You do. You can use everything for your business, including paid ads. Love Me Creative also keeps the right to show the work in our portfolio.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Give us at least 48 hours' notice. Without it, the shoot counts for the month. We would always rather reschedule than cancel.
What about bad weather?
Weather is outside anyone's control, especially for drone and twilight shoots. If it doesn't cooperate, we reschedule at no cost.
How do retainers work?
Pick a tier and pay your first month upfront. After that it's month to month. To end a retainer, give 60 days' notice.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Most projects take a deposit to lock in your date. Deposits are paid upfront and are refundable.
How do I get my files?
We deliver through an online delivery link (and drives or USB for some wedding packages), so you can download and share easily.
Are you certified to fly drones?
Yes. Chris is an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot, and business insurance is added per job when needed.
Why do most services say 'Request a Quote'?
Every business is different. A quick setup call lets us learn what you actually need, so the quote fits your goals and budget.
